We have direct billing with many of the major health insurance companies. This means that you do not pay our rates in full! Your insurance company will pay us directly and you only pay your co-payment.
This co-payment varies based on coverage, and you will be told your co-payment at the end of your appointment. If you would like to find out your co-payment before your appointment, you can call us with your extended health insurance information and we can check your coverage beforehand.

*We will offer direct billing for Standard Life patients until their account is adopted by Manulife.
If your insurance company does not offer direct billing we will file claims on your behalf as part of our services to you. This means no paperwork! You will pay our rate up front and then receive your eligible refund in the mail. This process typically takes about 2 weeks.
If you do not have extended healthcare, we require payment up front. Our services may be covered by MSP; please contact the BC government to inquire about your eligibility.
Patients who were in a motor vehicle accident and are dealing with ICBC via a lawyer, it is recommended that you call us in advance. We may be able to make an arrangement with your representative for payment.
